Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you must email chuckl331@comcast.net within 10 days of your purchase in order to arrange a refund, exchange, or credit to your account. Refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued on a case by case basis. If you are returning merchandise to C & C Toy Emporium the following conditions must be met:

* The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning any merchandise to C & C Toy Emporium.

* Original merchandise MUST be returned unopened & undamaged.

* No merchandise will be accepted unless it has been authorized by C & C Toy Emporium in advance.

* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If any of the above listed conditions are not met by the customer then the refund policy and any verbal agreements concerning the refund policy made between the customer and C & C Toy Emporium becomes VOID.

All refund requests are subject to an investigation by C & C Toy Emporium.

If damage to merchandise should occur during shipping C & C Toy Emporium must be notified immediately. Since all items shipped carry insurance with specific carriers, C & C Toy Emporium will not be responsible for damage during shipping. C & C Toy Emporium will assist in every way possible to expedite your insurance claim. If the merchandise was damaged due to a result of improper packing, the damaged merchandise must be returned to C & C Toy Emporium within 10 days of receipt before we process a refund, exchange or replacement.
